Mco 的第四天,要吃些什么呢?由于前几天肚子不舒服,还是吃些粥吧,就准备些比较简单又方便的。
Fourth day of MCO, hmmm what to eat ya? Maybe porridge is more suitable for me as my stomach was upset a few days ago. Here is the simple one.
那先请出主角: 小米, 大约一又半杯
Our main character today: millet,around one and a half cup
p/s don't forget to wash the millet first and yes, you can replace millet with porridge too.
记得要先淘洗小米,吃不惯的也可用白米来代替。
金瓜,分量自己拿捏吧。
Pumpkin, the quantity is up to you
先把金瓜和红枣大约十粒放进蒸锅里蒸二十分钟。
Steam the pumpkin and red dates ( around 10 pieces) for 20 minutes.
同时也别忘了把小米大火煮个半小时。
Don't forget to cook the millet over high heat for half an hour at the same time too.
金瓜蒸熟后,再压碎。Mash it after done the steaming.
噢对,别忘了把我们的红枣也放进去。这时也可加入冰糖。
酱!酱!酱!我们今天的金瓜小米粥~
Put the mashed pumpkin into the millet and mix together.
p/s 如果水有点煮干了,可以加些水。
You may add in some water if you find it dry.
Oh ya, don't forget to put in our red dates too. Add sugar at the same time.
最后再煮个五分钟,就完成咯。
Put in wolfberry after ten minutes.
Lastly, cook another 5 minutes and it is done!
This porridge is more to sweet, so is good news for sweet lovers?
