We used to buy ready-make bread, but why don't we try to make it ourselves? This must be a good idea for those who are lazy enough to go out especially during this pandemic time, for sure me is included.
我们都惯了购买外面的面包,为什么不尝试自己做一下呢?这对懒惰出门买东西的人 ,尤其是疫情时候是个好消息,当然也包括本人在内。😅
By the way, there are still some ingredients we need to prepare. 这是我们必须准备的材料。

高筋面粉 330克 牛油 35克 鸡蛋 一粒 |
For first attempt, we choose to make banana bread, so we need some mashed banana, for here we use up 3 bananas.
这第一次尝试,我们选择做香蕉面包。所以我们需要一些压碎的香蕉,大约三个。
We also use some milk here, the milk we use is full cream milk. Of course, you can choose to use low fat milk too.
我们也加入了全脂牛奶,当然你也可选择用低脂牛奶,个人喜好。
After we have all the ingredients, just add all of them into the bread maker. But remember to follow the sequence.
然后把全部材料加入面包机里,但记得要跟着次序哦。
Put milk, butter, banana, egg first and lastly followed by flour.
先放牛奶,牛油,香蕉和蛋,然后才放面粉。
Lastly, put half teaspoon of salt at the right side and 1 teaspoon of yeast in the middle.
最后,在右边加入半茶匙盐和一茶餐酵母在中间。
Finally, close the lid, select the menu and loaf weight then press start.
加入全部材料后,选择要的设定然后按启动就可以了。
After three hours, this is what we get. Sorry, i accidentally cut it into cake-shape but actually we are having bread here.😂 Quite nice and soft. As it is sugar-free, so it won't taste so sweet, sounds good?
这是三小时后的成果,请原谅我不小心把它切成了蛋糕形状,其实是个面包。😂蛮好吃的。况且是无糖的,对有些人来说应该是福音,对吧?
