Morning jog 2506

It was 6:25 in the morning and I already woke up. During week days, I won't wake up so early. Guess why is it so different today? That is because I was planning to jog in this early morning.

Actually, it have been in my "to-do list" for quite a long time. However, the temptation of the bed is more than the will to jog every time. So, I told myself this time, no matter what, I should make it happen!

So, that's me, woke up early and get prepared for jogging. I drank a cup of hot soy bean and was ready to go out. The day was still a bit dark though.
The jogging trek is just around my residential area. So, just after several minutes, I had reached. That's me in the middle of the large field.
There are mostly uncles and unties instead of youngsters. They are quite health-conscious which I think is nice. I shall learn from them and have the determination to jog at least once a week.

Since I have been an "Otaku" for so long, I guess I should not be too forcing and let my body slowly get back to exercise mode. First, I tried to walk around the jogging trek for 1-2 rounds. Then, I started a slow run and slowly get back to fast walk. I continued like this until I have finished 4 round. I was sweating a lot and I felt great. The day was getting brighter and I could saw the sun shines through the trees.

Well, it was time to get back. I could heard my stomach started to make noise and told me to feed her up. So, I treat myself a bowl of Pan-mee with thick noodles, pucuk manis and anchovies, cheap yet fulfilling.

That's the end of my morning jog and ended up with fresh feeling. I guess I should be having more jogging afterward. All that I need to do is to overcome my laziness. Hehe~
